A Virtual Assistant (VA) is someone who provides professional and support services to businesses from a remote location. It’s becoming an increasingly popular way for businesses to increase their productivity whilst only spending a fraction of the cost of hiring a permanent or casual staff member.
Small businesses in particular don’t have a large amount of staff. Majority of these business owners are doing the bulk of the work on their own – from inbox management and customer service to admin, copywriting, socials, marketing… the list goes on. It’s too much! And it’s one sure fire way to get the work/life balance out of whack.
That’s where someone like me comes in. I can help take some of the pressure off by tackling tasks or projects to ease your load.
